Ponchatoula Baby and Me In-Person
Parents and caregivers of children ages 0-3 are invited to join Ponchatoula's Baby and Me program every Tuesday at 11 am. This program introduces little ones to early literacy skills, including phonological awareness, vocabulary building, print awareness, letter knowledge, and background knowledge. Caregivers will learn the value of intentional talking, singing, reading, writing, and playing in helping their baby's literacy development. Expect lots of caregiver/child interaction to foster bonding, and plenty of time to chat with other caregivers in the area.
